Have you updated the printer drivers to the latest version from Epson website. not through Microsoft Windows Updates. have you tried printing solely through a usb cable that came with the printer or a usb cable you purchased. does any other device on your network (if this is a network printer) have the same issue printing to this printer. Return to the "Print Spooler Properties" window and click Start. This will turn the Print Spooler back on, and you should be able to print normally. If not, try the next method.
